Heat Treating Facilities

Our gas fired ovens facilities are located in Calgary for Heat Treating of Vessels and Process Pipe Spooling. Temperature Charts are provided for all Heat Treating Work. Multiple copies of the chart may be produced.

Furnaces:

Furnace #1

- 12' wide x 12' high x 44'

- totally enclosed car type

- 4 high velocity burners

- 1,650° F max. temperature

- 200,000 lbs. max capacity

Furnace #2

- 5' wide x 5' high x 14' long

- totally enclosed tophat type

- 2 high velocity burners

- 1,650° F max. temperature

- 10,000 lb maximum capacity

Furnace #3

- 18' wide x 17' high x 80' long (17' diameter vessel)

- totally enclosed car type

- 8 high velocity burners

- 1,350° F max. temperature

- 350,000 lbs max car capacity

Note: Capacity of our yard cranes on a common runway are 30 tons and 40 tons with a total combined capacity of 70 tons ( 140,000 lbs)

Cryogenic Tempering Furnace:

Furnace #4

- 10' wide x 5' high x 5' long

- totally enclosed care type

- 1 high velocity burner

- 1150° F max. temperature

- 10,000 lbs. maximum capacity.

Cryogenic Chamber

- 7' long x 3' wide x 3' high

- 1 circulating fan

- 2 solenoid controlled injectors

- 10,000 lbs. maximum capacity.
